Our employees are trained in the relevant aspects of driving and guiding duties required of them. This comes in 4 stages:
A full Health and Safety talk explaining the potential demand for the services especially during peak season and an explanation of how these can be achieved. In addition, we undertake an on-the-road driver inspection to make sure our drivers are fully compliant and can drive safely.
Finally, we go through the key issues which may arise while on the road which
will help a driver to understand the procedures in the event of abnormal
occurrences.
This occurs in all our transport services with transport contracts. This work is
heavily supervised and acts to ensure that a member of employees learns our
special method of work. This is a system where fitness is checked once it is
carried out to ensure all aspects are undertaken.
It also helps us to distinguish
the members of employees who are prepared to take a
pride in the company and their work. Only members of employees who
understand and act upon what is expected of them continue with us.
This keeps employees up to date with any changes in the industry. All relevant changes will be introduced throughout the company and managers and site supervisors then carry out training
